Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The CA will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing strategic financial advice to support the company’s financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards.
  • Taxation: Handle all aspects of corporate taxation, including tax planning, filing returns, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Audit: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insights and recommendations for financial growth.
  • Cost Management: Analyze and control costs, identifying areas for financial efficiency and cost savings.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP/IFRS.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through careful analysis and strategic planning.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of financial data, including profitability analysis, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies, managing relationships and ensuring compliance with all financial requirements.
  • Advisory: Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, contributing to key business decisions and long-term planning.
  • Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


Skill sets/Experience we require:

  •  Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

•  Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

  •  Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy
